What data does Atlas work with?
Your ERP (Directo, KMA Ladu20, Erply, Merit, Moloni) and other operational systems. A new ERP integration typically takes a few weeks.
How is this different from the reports inside my ERP?
ERP reports show one module at a time. Atlas maintains a live analytical representation of all your company data, so sales, margins, inventory, clients, and suppliers can be analyzed together - by you or by AI - in seconds.
What is the AI analyst?
A business analyst inside the AI assistant your team already uses - currently Claude, with more platforms coming. Answers are always computed from your actual numbers, in plain language, from simple lookups to your most complex business questions.
What can AtlasAction agents do?
Agents run in the background - on a schedule or triggered by events - and handle recurring operations: entering sales orders that arrive by email into the ERP, purchase proposals, payment reminders, daily sales memos, stock monitoring. You choose which agents to enable.
How do I stay in control of what agents do?
Agent permissions are enforced by infrastructure, not instructions - an agent operates within the boundaries of the permissions and tools it has been granted. You decide what an agent may do, and every run is fully logged: what it read, what it did, and why.
Is my data safe?
Each customer's data lives in a separate environment in the EU, shared with no other customer. Raw data access is locked by default, and your data is not used to train AI models. More on the security page.

How long does setup take?
About two weeks with an already supported ERP, and no IT project on your side. We need three things from you: API access to your ERP, one kick-off call where we agree definitions and who sees what, and a walkthrough at the end. In between we create your own separate environment, connect the data, set up the dashboards and the AI analyst, and check together with you that the numbers add up.
