Scope of this policy
This policy covers the Atlas portal: the sign-in and access point of the Atlas service, operated by AtlasLabs OÜ. It describes what data the portal processes when you sign in and use it. The portal is one component of the Atlas service; the service as a whole is governed by the service agreement between your company and AtlasLabs OÜ.
What we process
Your email address, so that we know who you are and what you may open. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address only. No password exists.
Where sign-in happens
Identities are verified by Google Identity Platform, which processes them in the United States. Everything else — your company's data, your access rights and the activity log — stays in your company's own cloud environment in the European Union.
Activity
We log sign-ins and which pages you open, so we can see the service is working and who used what. This is never used for advertising, profiling, or training AI models.
Retention and deletion
Activity logs are retained for at most 400 days and then deleted automatically. Removing a user deletes their sign-in account immediately and ends any active session.
